One Change to the timetable – Advanced class is now Tuesdays (not Monday) & Thursdays 7 – 8pm.
Uniform
The studio does have a set uniform for exams –
Ballet – Pink Pre-School – Primary, Burgundy Grade 1 & 2, Navy Grade 3,4 & 5 and Navy or Black for Vocationals.
Jazz   – Black 3/4 leggings & Black/turquoise top (purchased from Dance Stop ballet shop) and black Jazz Shoes.
We are quite relaxed for class as there are some beautiful leotards available.  New students from other studios can still wear their previous uniform.
Hair must be in a bun and off the face.

Nut Free Studio
We do have people in our studio with severe nut allergies. Please do not bring snacks containing nuts to the studio and if your child has eaten peanut butter please make sure they wash their hands before coming into the studio.

Birch St Studio
Please do not drive or park down the right-of-way, park on Birch St and walk down.
You can also park on Waterloo Rd (approx. no. 210) and walk through the reserve.

Hoodies
We have most sizes in stock $80.  Competition students must wear their hoodie to all competitions.

RAD App
We have noticed that children are searching you-tube to learn their exam work.
There are some very awful video clips from random studios around the world and it is not a good way to learn correctly.
We suggest you download the RAD app and purchase the exam content from the RAD app store and this will show you the correct exercises.
It must be remembered that some exercises are teachers own choreography and not set by the Academy so will differ from the video which are examples only.
Looking forward to a great 2020 with lots of beautiful dancing
Cheers
Mary & Davinia
